Latest 500 records, including test and voided entries. Times are Pacific. CSV contains all current versions; the audit CSV contains originals and every correction. Test and voided entries are excluded from analysis. Gauge readings are cumulative between emptyings: do not add them together. Missing observations do not mean zero rain.

Observers can submit readings and view history. Only administrators can correct, classify, or void records. Originals remain available. Observers cannot manage users. Account creation does not send an email.
